“I’d like $360 Billion, please.”
Some people are so creative. Here’s a story about a man who walked into a Texas bank wanting to cash a cheque made out for $360,000,000,000. For some reason, it raised the suspicion of the bank teller, who determined that the cheque was likely a forgery (you know, clearly they have some very intelligent bank tellers in Texas!).
The holder of the cheque, Mr. Charles Ray Fuller, claims that his girlfriend’s mother gave it to him as a way of helping him start a record business.
Now, I don’t know about you, but when did it cost $360 Billion to start a record business? And doesn’t Mr. Fuller know that records are not quite profitable a business? I mean really, at least shoot for Eight Tracks or Cassettes!!
Oh well, it really does take all kinds, doesn’t it?
