		<description>What is tough about this question is how to deal with &quot;weakness&quot; that is born of &quot;wounding&quot;.  I have a few of those that God has graciously addressed and continues to do so.  

I can&#039;t honestly say that when I hit a new one of those, I share your excitement.  There&#039;s healing to do before overcoming.
